The Versa-Link ATX-250 is a 2 device automatic call processor (fax switch) that routes calls based on CNG and DTMF tones or distinctive ring service. DIP switches located on the device let you easily change programming.
The output jacks are labeled Device 1 and 2 leaving the user free to use any combination of communication devices. Although the most typical application is sharing voice and fax, the STX-250 can also be used with fax and modem, two modems, voice and modem. In additions to sharing fax, ATX-250 can also be usedd for remote-site polling of cash registers, security monitoring systems, PC MODEMS, energy/climate control systems and LAN access switching, just about anything that you can connect to a phone line.
Barge-in protection keeps your data transmissions free from interruption. A busy signal is heard when other devices attempt to use the outgoing line.
By eliminating a dedicated phone line, your ATX-250 will pay for itself and SAVE you THOUSANDS of Dollars.
