The ACP Series 2.0 enables businesses to communicate with remote telecom and network assets more efficiently and securely while cutting costs. The ACP units allows up to nine telephony devices to share a single telephone line, eliminating costly phone lines and saving up to $400/month per site. Businesses with multiple remote sites can realize a significant ROI in 3 months or less. The ACP automatically routes calls to phone, fax, or dial‐up modems, ensuring that the right resource is reached the first time. This consistent connectivity prevents time‐consuming dial‐backs and streamlines polling and data acquisition processes. In addition to cost savings and precise routing, the ACP 2.0 is engineered to provide an additional layer of security to connected devices. Vulnerable pathways to equipment via the PSTN are protected by programmable Security Access Codes up to seven characters. There are over 35 million combinations to choose from, effectively creating a telephony firewall for dial‐up connections. Each year PolNet saves businesses
hundreds of thousands of dollars in phone line charges! How? PolNet offers more than cost-effective connectivity! With added information security and equipment protection, PolNet gives you piece of mind. Engineered with programmable security access codes for each device port, PolNet gives you Total Hacker Protection to keep your proprietary information safe. PolNet also provides dual surge protection for added defense against transient voltage carried over the phone line. The PolNet ACP 2.0 is reliable and compatible! Manufactured to strict standards, PolNet is compatible with virtually all analog phones lines, communications equipment and phone systems. Use the PolNet for modems, data and credit card terminals, storage and monitor-throughput, if your equipment requires a phone line, the PolNet works for you.

DESCRIPTION The ACP 2.0 is similar to The Stick in operation but has additional security and programming features that make it ideal for IT applications and critical data acquisition. The ACP 2.0 is available in 3, 5, and 9 device port configurations. Special features include priority call over-ride (ports 1-4), remote programmability, user defined seven digit transfer codes, and dual surge protection. The ACP 2.0 works on a standard POTS line and answers inbound calls at the first sign of ring voltage. After the phone line switch goes off-hook, it immediately screens for CNG (fax) and DTMF transfer codes. During this processing period, a "ring back" tone is issued to the calling party. Once a transfer command is received, the call is routed to the corresponding port. In the absence of fax/transfer codes, the call is defaulted to the voice port. Outbound calls are processed in the normal fashion with barge-in protection. Priority call over-ride can allow a device on ports #1 - # 4 to interrupt any transmission for outbound call. Remote programmability is achieved via DTMF pass code issued by calling party.
